Email Appending is the process of enhancing a postal address and/or specific demographic with a valid deliverable email address. It's includes matching your customers offline addresses to the customers online email address.
If your database comes up short of actual contact names, we can add contact names and titles to your file prior to processing for email append.
You provide us the name and address of your customer and we matched him against various databases and when a match is found, the e-mail address is added to the client’s file match to that individual. This is of varied importance to our client base, but of extreme importance to provide to our clients, due to strict policy of not marketing to the wrong persons.
The append service incorporates three steps as part of the contact-specific email process:
